Can best friends find
true love? What if your best friend is your adopted brother?
Griffin can’t fathom
his life without Quincy, but he also can’t ignore the crazy sexual
attraction buzzing between them.
When Quincy offers up a
contract to determine if the sexual tension brewing between them is
worth jeopardizing their nearly decade-long friendship, Griffin finds
himself helpless to say no.
Will they lose
everything they’ve found in each other, or will they seize the
opportunity to turn their friendship into something even better?
Forever Better Together
is a male/male opposites attract, friends-to-lovers story with
delicious sexual tension, a sizzling hot striptease, and emotions
guaranteed to punch you in the gut.
A.D.
Ellis is an Indiana girl, born and raised. She spends much of her
time in central Indiana as an instructional coach/teacher in the
inner city of Indianapolis, being a mom to two amazing school-aged
children, and wondering how she and her husband of nearly two decades
haven't driven each other insane yet. A lot of her time is also
devoted to phone call avoidance and her hatred of cooking.
She
loves chocolate, wine, pizza, and naps along with reading and writing
romance. These loves don't leave much time for housework, much to the
chagrin of her husband. Who would pick cleaning the house over a nap
or a good book? She uses any extra time to increase her fluency in
sarcasm.
A.D.
uses she/her pronouns.
GUEST POST
Can
you, for those who don't know you already, tell something about
yourself and how you became an author?
I’m
a mom of two, an inner-city teacher, and an author from Indiana. My
kids are 14 and almost 12. I’ve been teaching in the inner-city for
21 years. I’ve taught general education and alternative education
in grades 1-6 for 20 years and I’m now an instructional coach for
K-6.
I
got a Kindle in 2012 and quickly discovered indie authors. I realized
indie publishing was a way I could bring life to stories in my head.
So, in 2013, I started my first book and published it in 2014. I’ve
never looked back. Forever
Better Together
is
my 24th
title and I’ll keep writing until I have no more stories to tell.
What
is something unique/quirky about you?
I
love weird/quirky humor in shows like Letterkenny on Hulu.
I
have a sarcastic/snarky streak a mile long.
We
all have that one friend who can turn almost anything dirty, right?
I’m that one friend.
I
love watching pimple popping videos, especially blackheads being
removed. LOVE IT.
What
are some of your pet peeves?
My
pet peeves are many! I’ll try to keep it short. It drives me insane
when people go in the “out” door or out the “in” door at a
store. And if they give me a look like it’s my fault I’m in their
way? Grrrrr!
Left
lane drivers bother me. SLOW left lane drivers. Get out of my way!
People
who “reply all” to emails that do NOT need a reply to all! This
is such a bother. Luckily, my close colleagues and I can laugh about
it at school.
Rude
people. I despise rude people. If you don’t have anything nice to
say, don’t say it at all!
